The owner met with us, asked extensive questions about what we wanted, offered solutions and options and we received exactly what we paid for. The company also has a fast turnaround, and we received our vests in a month which was 2-3 months faster than the last order of vests we made. I have been wearing body armor for nearly 3 decades and this carrier is by far the easiest to put on and take off. It is also very comfortable. The shoulder straps do not dig in to my shoulders causing discomfort when wearing. The pockets are placed where I like them, and the easy access to add plate on the fly is a great addition.

When I was fitted for my vest I was told it would take 4-6 weeks and I had it in hand just before the 4 week mark. The customer service is easy to very responsive to any needs.

I would encourage those that are responsible for selecting and purchasing for public safety to call for an in person demo. Let them show you what they have to offer.

These custom fit vest and carriers are the best quality you will find. Very well made and the turn around time (4- weeks), is un- heard of. American made and is top of the line in my opinion. Customer service and the quality of these ballistic vest is fantastic. If you haven’t had the opportunity to see a demo on ballistics, you should do so before you or your agency purchases another ballistic vest.
