At OmniPROTEX®, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. We stand behind the ballistic performance and manufacturing quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the terms outlined below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within thirty (30) days from the date you receive your product.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be new, unused, and unaltered

The product must not show signs of wear, damage, washing, odor, or modification

The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, labels, and inserts

The product must not have been exposed to conditions that could compromise ballistic integrity
OmniPROTEX® reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Fees & Shipping

A 15% inspection and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

If a return shipping label is provided by OmniPROTEX®, the cost will be deducted from the refund
Size Exchanges

Size exchanges only are not subject to the 15% restocking fee

Exchanges are subject to product availability
The fastest way to receive a replacement size is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Inspection & Processing
All returned products are inspected upon arrival at our facility.
After we receive and inspect your return, please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to be processed. Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card provider before the funds appear in your account.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
Orders canceled before shipment by emailing sales@omniprotex.com are eligible for a full refund.
Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at:

We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
