OmniPROTEX®️ is dedicated to providing high-standard products and customer satisfaction. We have confidence in the ballistic performance of our products and our manufacturing quality. That being said, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible for a hassle-free return or exchange as long as the return is initiated within (30) days of your receipt of the products.

 All returns are subject to the requirements outlined in this Section.

1- the product(s) is in new, unused condition.
2- Shipping costs/fees and a 15% inspection/restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price for a refund.
3- Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs associated with returning the product.
4- For customers looking to exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For all Online Sales, the following Returns and Exchanges conditions will apply:

  • Must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase date and will be charged a 15% inspection/restock Service Fee.
  • Product Size Exchange will NOT be assessed a fee.

To initiate a return:

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon our receipt of the Product at our warehouse, we will inspect the Product and process the return. After the return has reached our facility, please allow approximately ten (5 to 10) business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Refunds

  • Cancellation

If the order is canceled before shipping day by email to sales@omniprotex.com, the order is fully refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
