The company was very attentive and listened to our needs for a great vest! The Molle has plenty of real estate to get most of your duty gear off your belt, which saves the back and hips. The buckles make it easy for quick on and off on those long days. The mesh underneath ensures that the vest breathes a little. Easy to maintain and fits great! The panels were a huge upgrade from the old carriers. It was also tested on our range for a better peace of mind. By far the best company we have worked with for vests.

I have been in law enforcement since 2014, and have used several different types of vest. My last vest caused me to have a lot of back pain and it was not comfortable for everyday use. The Auburn tactical vest by Omni protex is by far the most comfortable vest I have ever put on the mesh in the middle of the vest allows it to breathe so you stay cool all day. The magnetic clips on the side of the vest allows to put the vest on fast and you know that vest is not going to just come off it secures you. The Auburn vest has so many options on the side of the vest where the magnetic clips are there are molly pockets. The materials that are used are extremely durable and well made. Compared to other vest I have seen this vest exceed my expectations. I feel extremely safe and I know this vest would save my life. I want to say thank you for making a vest that can reassure officers that they would be safe in the field. Don't look no where else the Auburn vest is definitely the best option.

I began my career in law enforcement in 2007, since that time, I have had many vest and the back pain, lack of comfort and heat that came with them. This vest goes above and beyond what you think a vest should be. My back pain has almost completely went away. I am also in no way, as hot with on, compared to other outer vest. I can rig it however I want that works best for me. The easy to use magnet buckles on the side make it fast to put on and easy if I need to take it off if I need to cool down after extended time in the sun. Maintenance is as easy as a fast wipe down. The most important feature is the safety of it. My department took this vest out and put it to test at our range. Nobody can say that you are gonna be 100% safe in this profession but I can tell you, that knowing this is the vest that I proudly wear everyday, I feel a lot safer. You will love it as much as I do!

I recently purchased this vest and I am really happy I did. It fits amazingly. And is thin and pretty damn concealable for everyday wear. I don't get overheated and it feels very comfortable.

I met the owner at a local gunshow and was able to try on the different sizes. If you're trying to figure out your sizes on the internet I usually wear a large t-shirt but was trying on a small and a medium and wound up getting the medium. I was fitting into both and was advised I could go with either and the small would have been a little more concealable but I ended up going with the medium which provided more coverage and a tad more room and comfort if I were to gain any weight.

This company really knows their stuff and have high quality products... Sometimes ordering online is tricky with sizes or if you can trust the company, so if you're a random online shopper I hope this helps. I got his business card and number but I'm sure their website has a customer service you could call to ask any questions you may have.

He spent a while with me just answering questions without any of those high pressure sales tactics. He even gave me a tip for traveling through TSA with it in my carry on. I didn't know you could do that.

Saw this product at the Nation's Gun Show in Dulles, VA. I was promptly fitted and told the proper size (XS), which ended up being perfect. While they had sold all their XS stock with them, the helpful duo (Amir & Amelie) placed the order and promised to ship the item right away once they had returned to Atlanta. Not only did they ship out ASAP, the item arrived quickly as well.

Upon arrival I promptly unpacked it and wore it around my property, doing yard work and other activities to see how it would fit and move with me. It was comfortable and did not hinder movement at all.

Its low profile fits nicely under flannels and light jackets. A coworker of mine was very impressed with it, so much so that I gifted her mine. Now it's time to pick up another!

I first saw these at the gun show but waited to save up the purchase price until the next show. They weren't at the next show so I waited until I saw them again. I am very glad I did.

The OPX-ULTRA is incredibly light weight. There is no weight on your shoulders at all. The wrap around adjustable side straps keep the vest nice and snug… it’s like wearing a hug all day. The plate carrier is machine washable…. I just remove the “ plates” throw the vest in the machine and hang it to dry.
The rating for safety on this body armor is exceptional.
I wear it over a tee-shirt and then my shirt goes on over the vest…. No one would even know it’s there. If you have any questions before, during or after you order, I can tell you the customer service is 5-star👍
I highly recommend for men, women, and kids. Best to be safe at large events, work, or the range. Nowadays you just never know when the sh** will hit the fan.
