OMNICoreX™ 2.0 is a Made-in-USA tactical plate carrier engineered for professionals who demand exceptional durability, modularity, and all-day comfort. Built using Titan XL™ laminated 1000D/500D CORDURA® Nylon, it features a rigid laser-cut MOLLE platform independently tested to withstand over 200 pounds of pull force.
A reinforced CURV® structural cummerbund, 500D CORDURA® / UBL interior, and replaceable 10 mm 3D spacer mesh work together to improve load distribution, ventilation, and long-term comfort. Titan XL™ also incorporates inherent IRR properties, helping reduce visual contrast when viewed through image-intensifying night vision devices.

OMNICoreX™ 2.0 Tactical Plate Carrier, at its core, is made of Titan XL™ laminate fabric, a premium composite bonded 1000D CORDURA® Nylon to 500D CORDURA® Nylon using 100% high-tenacity Nylon 6,6. This unibody laminate construction provides exceptional abrasion resistance, outstanding structural rigidity, and has been independently tested to withstand over 200 pounds of pull force, creating a stable platform capable of supporting armor and mission-essential equipment under demanding conditions.
Using Titan XL™ laminate fabric also provides inherent Infrared Reflective (IRR) properties, helping reduce visual contrast when viewed through image-intensifying night vision devices. While not intended to provide thermal concealment, these near-infrared characteristics contribute to a reduced visual signature compared to conventional nylon fabrics, making the carrier well suited for tactical operations.
The carrier's structural architecture extends throughout the system. A reinforced inner shell combines 500D CORDURA® Nylon with Unbroken Loop (UBL) circular-knit fabric, increasing load-bearing capability while providing a durable hook-compatible surface for modular accessories. CURV®-reinforced cummerbunds add exceptional lateral rigidity, allowing the carrier to comfortably support side armor, radios, ammunition, breaching tools, and other mission-essential equipment without excessive flex or sagging.
Comfort was engineered alongside strength. Replaceable 10 mm sandwich 3D spacer mesh panels improve airflow, reduce pressure points, and promote ventilation during extended wear. Because the spacer mesh is modular, worn panels can be replaced independently, extending the overall service life of the carrier while maintaining long-term comfort.
Purpose-driven engineering defines every aspect of OMNICoreX™ 2.0. From the magnetic quick-release buckles and laser-cut MOLLE platform to the CURV®-reinforced cummerbunds and optional interchangeable soft armor insert system, each component was selected to maximize durability, stability, modularity, and user comfort without unnecessary weight or complexity.
